The charming neighborhood of West Village is the perfect backdrop for capturing special moments.

As we ventured out onto the streets of West Village, Kate and Ian had an incredible time. The cobblestone streets and historic brownstone buildings created a romantic and timeless atmosphere for their photos. We captured true candid shots as they walked hand in hand.

The unique character of West Village is truly a photographer's dream. From the ivy covered buildings to the charming storefronts, every corner offered a new and picturesque backdrop for our shoot.

One of my favorite moments from the shoot was when we stumbled upon a beautiful tree-lined street.

Bar Pisellino

As a NYC wedding photographer, one of my favorite things about shooting engagement sessions is seeing and trying new out new cafes & bars. After exploring the charming streets of West Village, we made our way to Bar Pisellino, a quaint and cozy Italian cafe. With its charming interior and rustic aesthetic, it was the perfect setting for capturing intimate and romantic moments.

The couple sat a a cozy cafe table, sipping on their cappuccinos and feeding each other croissants. The soft lighting and vintage decor added a touch of elegance to their engagement photos. As they enjoyed their drinks, I captured candid shots of their laughter and affection.

Stopping in at Bar Pisellino allowed them to showcase their personalities and enjoy a quiet moment together amidst the hustle and bustle of the city.

During our engagement session in West Village, Kate made a quick stop at a local flower stand.

After the flower stop, we decided to capture a few shots on the subway. The couple embraced on the platform, surrounded by the hustle and bustle of commuters. Inside the subway, we captured some photos of the cozied up to each other. Subway photos are a great way to capture the NYC experience in your engagement photos in such an iconic way.
